Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and abc9 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing any part of the abc9 platform — including the game lobby, sports betting section, live casino, and cashier — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must immediately stop using abc9.

These Terms apply to all versions of the abc9 platform accessible from Bangladesh, including mobile browser access. abc9 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Player Eligibility

• You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. Persons legally prohibited from contracting are not eligible to use abc9.
• You must register with accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Each Player may hold only one account on abc9. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an abc9 employee or affiliated service provider.

Account Registration and Security

Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their abc9 login credentials. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• Keep your username, password, and OTP codes strictly confidential. Do not share these details with any third party under any circumstances.
• abc9 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or phone. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify abc9 support immediately using the email in the footer. abc9 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
• Keep the contact details on your account — phone number and email address — current and accurate at all times. abc9 sends security alerts and transaction confirmations to the details on file.
• abc9 may suspend any account pending verification if suspicious activity is detected. Suspension is not account closure and will be lifted once verification is satisfactorily completed.

abc9 employs SSL 256-bit encryption across all sessions. However, the security of your own device remains your responsibility. abc9 strongly recommends using a secure, private network when accessing your account and logging out after each session — particularly on shared devices in Dhaka, Chittagong, or Sylhet.

Deposits and Withdrawals

abc9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. abc9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account must belong to the registered Player.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the abc9 cashier at the time of the transaction. These thresholds may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification. abc9 processes verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• abc9 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. abc9 does not send funds to payment instruments not previously associated with the Player's account.

Account balances do not accrue interest. Funds held in an abc9 account are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. Players should only deposit funds they can afford to use for entertainment and must not treat their abc9 balance as a savings or investment account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

abc9 may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may only be used on games or markets specified in the relevant promotional terms. Bonus funds cannot be used across different product types unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited at the denomination specified in the promotional terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

abc9 maintains a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The conduct listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, as well as forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

• Use of any automated software, bot, script, or AI tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game results, share cards or information in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotional offers.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the abc9 platform to process funds of unlawful origin. abc9 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into such activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under a false identity, or on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform glitches to obtain funds or game credits not legitimately earned. Players who discover a technical error must stop play immediately and report it to abc9 support.

abc9 uses automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Funds obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided and removed from the account. abc9 reserves the right to take legal action where circumstances warrant.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

abc9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and abc9 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. The following responsible gaming conditions apply to all accounts.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits directly from their account settings. abc9 will honour all self-imposed limits immediately upon activation.
• Players may request a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. A self-excluded player will not receive promotional communications from abc9 for the duration of the exclusion.
• abc9 will use reasonable measures to identify problem gambling behaviour and may proactively restrict account activity or contact a player if patterns consistent with harmful gambling are detected.
• abc9 strictly enforces the 21+ age policy. If an underage person is found to have opened and used an account, all funds in that account will be forfeited, no winnings will be paid, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the abc9 platform — including website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and proprietary tools — is the intellectual property of abc9 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, display, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any abc9 platform content without prior written consent from abc9.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. abc9 holds the necessary licences to offer this content. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is a breach of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the originating studio.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abc9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials; service interruptions caused by technical failures or maintenance; incorrect bets placed due to user error; and delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as bKash or Nagad.

abc9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access to some or all platform features. abc9 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Account Suspension and Termination

abc9 may suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances, without limitation, may result in suspension or closure.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by abc9. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal access suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification.
• Voluntary closure at the Player's own request. Players wishing to close their account may contact abc9 support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following identity verification.

Amendments to These Terms

abc9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, abc9 will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered contact details or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

Continued use of the abc9 platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11 above.
